Hello Everyone, Even though the month of June has been a fairly relaxing one, I've definitely had quite a reading month. I managed to read 10 books this month...which I find pretty good considering that it was supposed to be a 'relaxing' month!  But let's move onto the more difficult part - choosing what book was my favourite for the month. Hello Everyone, It feels like May has been busy - I read 10 books, and re-read one; which brings the total to 11 books. And the conclusive favourite (coming in at 5 stars), is: - A Crowded Heart by Andrea McKenzie Raine. But I also need to make a few honorable mentions: - Bluethroat Morning by Jacqui Lofthouse - The Six: Kristy by Samantha March - Lunchmeat by Ben D'Alessio All in all, even though it felt like a busy month, I definitely had a nice reading month as well. Monthly Reading Goals: I made tiny steps with my leisure reading this month - but unfortunately I still didn't get to the books that I wanted to read for May's reading goals. Hello Everyone, April has been a very busy month for me - yet I managed to read 8 books.  And, this month, I've been able to narrow it down to two books that I've picked that I really enjoyed (and in the particular order that I mention as well). 1. Hello Everyone, Here's the first 'Highlights of the Month' for 2018! January was the first month of my self-employment; and quite an exciting month at that. I have made it through the first month of 2018, and I'm excited to see what the rest of the year is going to bring me! Anyways, onto bookish things... Hello Everyone, December has been a bit of a crazy month for me - I've had to finish off work; I've had to take on additional house duties for a while (which ate into my time and energy), and I've taken on the task of painting the room where my workstation is going to be.  Considering how busy December was; I'm pretty stoked that I managed to read 6 books this past month. Hello Everyone, Wow; I can't believe that it's December already - the last month of the year; as well as the last month that I will be working in a corporate job. November's been a bit of a busy month for me - and I have an idea that I will have an overall favourite this month. It appears as if I've read 10 books this month - can you believe it?! Hello Everyone, It's been a bit of a busy month - I read seven books (I think I had a little bit of help along the way...which I will delve into a little further on) One series that I was thrilled to get back into; was the diaries of Meghan McDonnell. This month I started and finished the forth book in the series, and it is just pure nostalgia for me. Another series that I happily got back into was the third book in the Eva Thorne series by Lorel Clayton. Another book that I quite enjoyed this month, was Binge Until Tragedy by Ben D'Alessio. There's one book that I enjoyed simply because it had such a nice atmosphere and wonderful descriptions, and that book was 'Crawdad' by Lisa T. Cresswell. Hello Everyone, September has been quite a hectic month - I've given in my resignation at work (which means that I'm going to be focusing on my book blog fully next year), I've somehow managed to read 7 books (WOW!), and on top of that I've had a busy month besides that. How on earth did I manage to get everything done...? I'm not quite sure myself... Make no mistake - I struggled to read those seven book this past month. So now I have to try and choose a favourite for the month - and it's also going to be a very close one as well! There are three books that I can think of that I really enjoyed - maybe even four!
